๏ Experience: Our history in the real estate industry has allowed us to learn both the “in’s & out’s” as well as the “up’s and down’s” of this specialized field. Having negotiated dozens of short sales and strongly protecting the equity of our standard sellers, we have mastered real estate negotiations to best represent our clients. Prior to working full time for Century 21, we have worked for a national homebuilder, a commercial real estate broker, served as Marketing Directors for both a direct lender and a mortgage broker. Our broad knowledge of this industry makes us an unparalleled resource for you.
๏ Education: All members of our team have achieved their Bachelor’s Degree and one
member has also achieved their Masters Degree, attending schools such as Pepperdine
University Graziadio School of Business, Chaminade University, California Lutheran
University and California State University Northridge and Sacramento, graduating top of our
class with honors. We have also dedicated ourselves to continuous education in our field to
ensure we are an unmatched resource for each of our clients whether buying or selling real
estate.
